Commands
Create your own slash commands in Morbium to run a saved prompt, with arguments, shell output, and file references.
A command is a saved prompt you can run with a slash. Type / in the composer to see the available commands. Commands are handy for workflows you repeat, like "review this board for manufacturability" or "write a test plan."
Create a command
Add a Markdown file under .morbium/commands/<name>.md. The filename is the command name, and the body is the prompt that runs:
---
description: Review the active board for manufacturability
---
Review the current board for manufacturability: check trace widths,
clearances, and that every part has a real footprint. List any issues.
Running /review in the composer sends that prompt.
Arguments
Commands can take input. Use $ARGUMENTS for everything after the command name, or $1, $2 for positional arguments:
---
description: Explain a part on the board
---
Explain what the part $1 does on the current board and how it is wired.
Then run /explain U1.
Shell output and file references
A command's prompt can include the output of a shell command or the contents of a file, so the command gathers context before it runs. This lets a command, for example, include the current git diff or a specific file automatically.
In config
You can also define commands under the command key in morbium.json instead of as files, which is useful for sharing a set of commands across a project.
